Carrefour Israel Parent Files Draft Prospectus for Potential Tel Aviv IPO

Electra Consumer Products said its indirectly held France Israel Group subsidiary filed a first draft prospectus with the Israel Securities Authority for a possible share offering and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Electra indirectly owns 49.49% of France Israel Group, which owns Global Retail, the operator of Carrefour stores in Israel. The draft relies on second-quarter 2026 financial statements, and Electra is considering a partial stake sale to comply with Israel’s Concentration Law. The company said no IPO is assured and that its size, structure, price and timing remain undecided, subject to company, ISA and TASE approvals.
