Police Seize LAW Rocket and Ammunition in Ramla and Lod

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of an overhead police evidence display with ammunition containers and black, brown, and gray firearm magazines arranged on white paper sheets, drawn in warm ochre and slate-blue pastel with cross-hatching on sepia newsprint.

Israel Police said the seizures were part of operations targeting blood feuds in Arab communities and the leakage of military weapons from the IDF. Officers from Yasam Shfela, Central District investigators, Border Police and Ramla Station searched a residential compound in Ramla, located a LAW rocket and arrested a local suspect. In a separate Lod operation, Shfela forces and Lod Station detectives seized a large quantity of ammunition and detained a suspect for questioning. Police did not disclose the suspects' names, the amount of ammunition or the precise timing of either operation.
