Rishon LeZion Park-and-Ride Set for October 4 Opening With Free Shuttles

A new park-and-ride site in western Rishon LeZion is scheduled to open on October 4, offering about 3,500 free parking spaces and free onward shuttles to major employment areas. Four routes will serve central Tel Aviv and the Ramat Gan diamond district, including the Kirya, Sarona, Azrieli and Savidor areas. Shuttles are scheduled every 5 minutes at peak times and every 15 minutes otherwise, Sunday through Thursday from 06:00 to 22:45. The site is also set to provide 350 electric-vehicle charging points and about 500 bicycle parking spaces.
