MongoDB, Microsoft and Geektime have announced a free technical meetup in Tel Aviv on taking AI agents into production. From Agents to Software Factories is scheduled for October 18 at Microsoft Reactor, with advance registration required and places limited. The event targets developers and other people who work directly with code, from startups to large companies. Three half-hour sessions will cover connecting agents to organizational knowledge, using agents to plan, build and test software under human supervision, and managing permissions, continuous evaluation and observability. The organizers frame the program around operating autonomous software systems while retaining oversight.
