Israeli-Founded Noetive Emerges From Stealth With $41 Million Seed Round

Israeli entrepreneurs Amir Frenkel and Dan Barak launched Noetive out of stealth with a $41 million seed round led by Eclipse. The five-month-old company, headquartered in San Francisco with strong Israeli roots, builds an AI intelligence of record for physical operations using a multimodal sensing pod and a self-improving software layer. Noetive said manufacturers, logistics operators, energy providers and data centers are its target markets. The company said it is working with design partners and will use the funding for research, customer expansion and hiring AI researchers and full-stack engineers.
