Deepdub and Spikes announced a joint AI offering in Tel Aviv to convert existing film and television catalogs into short-form content for international audiences. Spikes will adapt long-form titles into micro-drama series, condensed cuts, teasers and highlights, while Deepdub says its emotional text-to-speech technology can dub the clips into more than 130 languages and dialects while preserving each character's voice. The companies say the offering is intended for studios, distributors, broadcasters and library rights holders, and complements full-length dubbing. They plan to present it at MIPCOM in Cannes on October 12–15.
