Israel Diamond Exchange and Tax Authority Sign 2027–2028 Tax Arrangement

The Israel Diamond Exchange and Israel Tax Authority have signed a tax arrangement covering 2027–2028. Diamond traders who choose to join will have taxable income calculated in advance as a fixed, low proportion of turnover, and the previous minimum taxable-income floor is removed. Exchange president Nissim Zuaretz led negotiations with the Tax Authority and Finance Ministry. Exchange CEO Nadav Sheinberger said the next steps are explaining and implementing the arrangement for Israeli traders, presenting it internationally and helping foreign companies establish operations at the Ramat Gan exchange. The published account does not specify the exact Israeli turnover percentage.
