Microsoft Israel Reportedly Calls About 50 Copilot Studio Staff to Pre-Dismissal Hearings

Microsoft's Israeli research and development center reportedly called about 50 employees working on Copilot Studio to pre-dismissal hearings. Roughly half of those employees are estimated to be able to remain in different positions within the center, whose workforce numbers about 3,000. The change is attributed to a global organizational restructuring at Microsoft; Copilot Studio develops tools for AI agents and business-process automation. The company said it continually reviews its activities and organizational structure to meet changing needs and intends to support affected employees respectfully.
