Carrefour Israel Management Rift Reported Ahead of Planned IPO

People familiar with Carrefour Israel told a financial publication that chief executive Inbal Herson and co-chair Michael Luboshitz have stopped communicating directly after a brief handover following her appointment. According to the report, Herson now works with Electra Consumer Products chief executive and Carrefour co-chair Zvika Schwimmer. The company had not responded to a request for comment before publication. The reported rift comes as Carrefour Israel's parent prepares for a planned November listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, after filing a draft prospectus earlier this month and discussing a valuation of NIS 750 million to NIS 950 million.
