Willi-Food to Delist From Nasdaq and Consolidate Trading in Tel Aviv

Israeli kosher-food importer G. Willi-Food said it intends to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market and retain the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as its only official listing. The company expects to file Form 25 around August 17, with the last Nasdaq trading day no earlier than August 26 and the sole TASE listing beginning no earlier than August 27. It plans to file Form 15F around August 28 to end SEC registration and reporting obligations. Willi-Food said most of its shares trade in Tel Aviv and almost all operations are in Israel; its strategy and operations will not change.
