Tel Aviv Stock Exchange management approved registration of Alpha Tau Medical's securities as a new dual-listed company, subject to the exchange's stated conditions. The approval covers 92,478,154 existing shares, plus shares that may arise from employee options, restricted stock units, warrants and an employee share-purchase plan. Alpha Tau's Nasdaq-traded DRTSW warrants are among the instruments described in the notice. The exchange assigned the company to its biomed sector and biotechnology subsector; the notice says individual approval remains required before any newly allocated securities can be listed.
