Barazani Group Weighs Tel Aviv IPO at Up to NIS 3 Billion Valuation

Barazani Group is sounding out institutional investors about a possible initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, with a proposed valuation of NIS 2.5–3 billion. Owners Dayan Bar and Yossi Barazani are assessing demand for a transaction intended to raise more than NIS 800 million. A final decision is expected after the election, and the proposed valuation and fundraising target remain tentative. The Jerusalem-based group operates in infrastructure, construction contracting, residential development and income-producing property.
