Kamari Group Reaches Preliminary Deal for Half of Bread Station and BREADCAFE

Shashi and Eran Avital have signed a memorandum to sell 50% of Bread Station and BREADCAFE to Kamari Group, based on a NIS 23 million valuation. Bread Station confirmed the preliminary agreement, with final signing and completion expected within about two months. Bread Station operates 16 branches, with six more under construction, while BREADCAFE has six branches. The contemplated expansion would take Bread Station to 40–50 branches. The Avital brothers will remain chief executives and oversee expansion and franchise recruitment.
