PCB Technologies CEO Expects Gorilla Deal Financing Details Within Two Weeks

PCB Technologies CEO Oved Shapira said the company expects to publish financing details for its planned Gorilla Circuits acquisition within a week or two. He said arrangements were in place with two banks while the transaction awaited regulatory approval. On October 8, the Migdal HaEmek company announced an agreement to buy 100% of the San Jose manufacturer for an enterprise value of $120 million, subject to customary adjustments. The company said facilities from two leading Israeli banks would finance the acquisition. Closing remains conditional, including approval by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
