Yavne Sports Clubs Introduce Road-Safety Guidance for Young Players

Maccabi Yavne and Elitzur Yavne have distributed road-safety guidance to young players and their parents as part of a joint awareness initiative. Coaches and instructors are expected to discuss personal responsibility and the risks of travel to and from training. The guidance covers helmets, lawful riding, designated paths, careful road crossing and lighting after dark, as well as avoiding phones and headphones while riding. The clubs warn that safety violations may lead to suspension, while Yavne's municipal sports director, Shaul David, described the aim as helping children reach practice and return home safely.
