Home Front Command Expands Unexploded-Ordnance Awareness Campaign

Home Front Command announced on October 13 that it is expanding its public-information campaign about unexploded ordnance following Monday’s incident in northern Israel. The initiative will broaden information and instructions across all its distribution channels, in cooperation with local authorities, with an emphasis on reaching the wider public. The IDF said the effort aims to strengthen awareness of the danger and familiarity with conduct needed to protect lives. It expressed condolences to the family and said its comprehensive investigation into the incident continues.
