Police Fire at Truck Tires and Arrest Driver After Chase Near Ma’ale Adumim

Officers from Ma’ale Adumim station arrested a truck driver on October 15 after a pursuit near Al-Eizariya, in the Ma’ale Adumim area. The officers had approached the truck after noticing it dumping waste in a prohibited location. The driver fled and allegedly tried to strike a police patrol car during the escape. Officers fired at the truck’s tires, saying they feared for their lives, and stopped it after a short chase. The driver was taken to Ma’ale Adumim station for questioning, and the investigation is continuing.
