24-Year-Old Dies After Shooting in East Jerusalem

The death of Mohammed Ashraf Shweiki, 24, from A-Tur in East Jerusalem was confirmed at Shaare Zedek Medical Center after a shooting the previous evening. He had been critically wounded when four masked gunmen opened fire toward several people, including him. Police officers arrived at the scene, opened an investigation into the shooting and began searching for the suspects. The shooting was apparently linked to a dispute that had been going on for several years.
