Police arrested 17-year-old Avior Sasson, the prime suspect in the July 11 killing of 19-year-old Benayahu Razi in Jerusalem's Nachlaot neighborhood, after a manhunt. Jerusalem District detectives, assisted by the police aviation unit, stopped a taxi in the Harel Tunnel as Sasson traveled toward Jerusalem and removed him from the vehicle. Police said he had hidden at locations in central and northern Israel while fleeing. The district commander had assigned the central unit and all available resources to the search; Sasson is due before Jerusalem Magistrate's Court for a remand hearing.
