Lawyers Say Murder Evidence Lacking Against Two Defendants in Razi Case
Published
Lawyers representing Agam Tzarfi said Jerusalem District Court found no evidence substantiating murder charges against her and Shilat Hota in the Benayahu Razi case. Roy Politi and Omri Stern, acting for the Public Defender’s Office, disclosed the findings in a statement on Monday evening. They said the court nevertheless found prima facie evidence of assisting murder. Both defendants were referred for probation-service assessments so that the court could consider whether they might be released from detention, according to the lawyers.
