Delek Automotive Reviews Possible Cal Share Purchase, Says Board Has Not Discussed It

Delek Automotive Systems said its management has begun a preliminary examination of a possible purchase of shares in Israel Credit Cards, known as Cal. In an immediate filing on October 20, the company said the matter had not yet reached discussion by its board of directors. It cautioned that the examination might not lead to a transaction and that any potential deal's structure and terms remained uncertain. The disclosure followed media reports about a possible acquisition, without confirming an agreed purchase or its terms.
