IBI to Close Fund Based on Dan Ariely’s Investment Model

IBI’s mutual-fund business announced on October 21 that it will liquidate IBI D.A. MODEL, a fund launched in 2018 using a model developed by Prof. Dan Ariely and his research team. The fund manages about NIS 2 million, and new units will stop being offered on October 22. Liquidation is scheduled for November 25, 2026. IBI said it had reviewed the model and business considerations over time and decided to close the fund because its activity had not developed as expected. The liquidation filing did not specify a reason.
