Negev Authority and Ben-Gurion Announce Master’s Track for Municipal Managers

The Negev Development Authority announced on October 20 a dedicated master’s track in management and public policy with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev for current and future managers in the region’s local authorities. The authority said participants would study together, combining academic knowledge with professional experience and practical municipal challenges. Topics include demography, employment, quality of life and regional disparities and opportunities. Participants are expected to develop action plans and practical solutions for residents, while building a professional network to help local authorities work together across the Negev.
