Tower Shares Fall About 8% at Nasdaq Close

Tower Semiconductor shares fell 8.2% to close at $183.78 on Nasdaq on Tuesday, October 20. The decline in the Israeli chipmaker's U.S.-listed stock followed a fall of approximately 5% in its Tel Aviv shares earlier in the day. Other Israeli companies moved higher in New York, with monday.com, Pagaya Technologies and Similarweb all recording gains at the end of the session. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose about 0.9% and the S&P 500 gained 0.2%, while the Nasdaq finished unchanged.
