Salesforce Says 2026 Is Its Biggest Year for Junior Hiring in Israel

Salesforce’s Israeli operation has had its biggest year for junior hiring in 2026, according to recruiting director Einat Frish. She said the company hired dozens of university students as well as junior employees, mainly for software research and development and product management. Frish said junior recruitment in Israel had continued without a hiring freeze; she did not give an exact total for the hires. She also said the company’s Futureforce recruitment program accepts university and college graduates rather than bootcamp graduates, describing this as a longstanding requirement.
