Brazil Opens Polls for Lula–Flávio Bolsonaro Presidential Runoff

Brazil opened polls on October 25 for the presidential runoff between Lula of the Workers' Party and Flávio Bolsonaro of the Liberal Party. Voting runs nationwide from 08:00 to 17:00 Brasília time, with voters already in line at closing entitled to cast their ballots. The electoral court says voters must bring official photographic identification, or an e-Título digital voter document that includes their photograph. Eligible voters who missed the first round can still vote, and in states holding gubernatorial runoffs, the governor's ballot comes before the presidential ballot.
