María Corina Machado Returns to Venezuela and Visits Santa Rosa Church

Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado returned to Venezuela on October 25 after ten months outside the country, her party Vente Venezuela said. Machado announced her presence with the message, “I am here. With you.” The party published photographs of her visit to Santa Rosa church in Lara state, the sanctuary of the Divina Pastora, where it said she gave thanks for her return. Edmundo González Urrutia also confirmed that Machado was in Venezuelan territory and said he intended to join her very soon, without specifying a date.
