Norte de Santander Offers Reward Over Miguel Castellanos's Killing

Colombia's Norte de Santander government has announced a reward of up to 50 million Colombian pesos following the killing of Miguel Castellanos, a former Cúcuta city official. The departmental government identified Castellanos as the former secretary of government of Cúcuta's mayor's office in its announcement on X. It said the reward is for information that can help clarify the crime, identify those responsible and lead to their capture, linking the offer to the investigation into his killing.
