Ehud Schneerson Leaves Paragon to Join Cyber Startup Rivon

Paragon co-founder Ehud Schneerson is leaving the company's management to join the cyber startup Rivon, a move disclosed on October 29. He will continue advising Paragon while taking an entrepreneurial role in the new venture, which is led by his former Paragon partner Idan Nurik. Schneerson previously commanded Unit 8200. Paragon, established in 2019, subsequently became part of REDLattice, the American group owned by AE Industrial Partners. In its statement about the change, Paragon said Israel would remain its center for research, development and innovation. The departure concerns Schneerson's management role, while his advisory relationship with Paragon continues. The move follows a separate corporate development announced on September 28, when REDLattice and Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp. agreed to combine. Their announcement valued REDLattice at a pre-money enterprise value of $1.25 billion and envisaged a Nasdaq listing under the ticker REDL. Those were proposed transaction terms, rather than a completed public listing. The companies said proceeds would support debt refinancing and the final earnout payment connected to REDLattice's acquisition of Paragon. They anticipated closing around the end of 2026, subject to shareholder approval, an effective registration statement and customary closing conditions. That timetable was stated in the September announcement.
