Mazkeret Batya Sets November 1 Lane Restrictions for Helzner Street Speed Humps

Mazkeret Batya Council has announced temporary lane restrictions on Helzner Street for speed-hump installation on Sunday, November 1. The works are planned near the junction with Netiv HaShayarot Street, with the engineering department setting the work window at 08:30 to 21:00. The council says vehicle movement will remain possible through one lane while the second lane closes intermittently for the works. Traffic controllers and standard arrow-board trailers will direct vehicles through the work area during the installation. The restrictions are part of the arrangements announced for that day's work. The engineering department asked drivers to follow the traffic controllers' instructions and drive carefully in the area. It apologized for the temporary inconvenience and told residents, “Thank you for your patience and cooperation.” The announcement sets out the arrangements for the scheduled installation; the work itself is planned for November 1.
