Hapoel Jerusalem ended a run of three consecutive defeats with a 1–1 draw away to Maccabi Netanya at Miriam Stadium on Saturday, October 31. Netanya took the lead just before halftime, but Jerusalem equalized in the second half and the hosts later had a player sent off. Isac opened the scoring in the 44th minute with his first goal for Netanya. He finished first time after a move involving Nadav Nidam and Basam Zaarura. Jerusalem goalkeeper Zamir also kept his side in the match with two notable saves from headers by Zaarura and Bilu. Nadim Warasna brought Jerusalem level in the 69th minute, reaching a loose ball after a corner to score his fifth league goal of the season. Isac then received a straight red card in the 78th minute for a high-foot challenge on Agbadish, leaving Netanya to complete the match with ten players. Neither side found a winning goal. The ninth-round result left Netanya with 13 points from nine matches and Jerusalem with eight from nine. Roni Levy's Netanya therefore took one point from the home fixture, while Lior Zada's Jerusalem stopped its losing sequence with an away point.
