New Price Check Puts Osher Ad’s Adjustable Dumbbell at NIS 299

A new Israeli retail price comparison lists Osher Ad’s ABACO SMART GYM adjustable dumbbell at NIS 299 per unit, below three specialist offers checked in the same report. Published on November 1, the comparison covers a dial-operated dumbbell with 15 weight settings ranging from 2.5 to 24 kilograms. The reported price is for one dumbbell rather than a pair. The other single-unit prices in the comparison are NIS 380 at Total Sport, NIS 437 at TON Sports and NIS 479 at Or Sport. That puts the spread between the lowest and highest listed single prices at NIS 180. Two units at Osher Ad’s reported price would total NIS 598, compared with NIS 760 when doubling Total Sport’s listed single price. The comparison lists TON Sports’ pair at NIS 874, equivalent to NIS 437 per dumbbell and NIS 276 above the calculated Osher Ad total. The comparison also notes an important limitation: the sellers use different commercial brands. Its figures therefore compare similar adjustable-dumbbell formats rather than establish that all four retailers sell an identical model. The shared weight range and adjustment format do not establish matching quality, warranty terms or service. The NIS 299 figure is a reported retail price, while the NIS 598 total is arithmetic for two units at that price.
