BrainsWay Announces Mindful Health Solutions Collaboration to Expand Deep TMS Access

BrainsWay announced a collaboration with Mindful Health Solutions on November 2 aimed at widening access to its noninvasive Deep TMS treatment and accelerated SWIFT protocol. The company, which operates in Israel and the United States, said the partnership will combine its treatment technology with the behavioral-health provider’s clinical experience. The planned work includes physician education, professional outreach, educational events and programs involving clinical opinion leaders. The companies also intend to research combined treatment approaches and explore how Neurolief’s Proliv Rx home neuromodulation therapy could fit into broader patient-care pathways. BrainsWay chief executive Hadar Levy said, “We are elated to collaborate with Mindful Health Solutions.” The announcement describes intended collaboration rather than completed deployments or new clinical results. BrainsWay said Mindful’s management-services organization was acquired by Radial Health in August. The combined Radial management network supports 27 locations across California, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Washington. The release did not specify a financial value, installation total or rollout deadline for the Mindful collaboration. Separately, BrainsWay disclosed a recent $0.8 million follow-on equity investment in the management-services organization serving Texas-based Heading Health. That investment is distinct from the Mindful partnership. Founded in 2003, BrainsWay develops its proprietary Deep TMS platform; the newly announced work centers on access to treatment, clinician education and exploring additional care pathways.
