Remepy Co-CEO Targets Early 2027 for Parkinson’s Phase 3 Trial

Remepy co-founder and co-CEO Michal Tsur has outlined an early-2027 target for the company’s Phase 3 Parkinson’s disease trial. In an interview published on November 2, she described the planned launch as coming “early next year.” The interview was recorded at the October 29 TECH1 awards, and the timetable describes a future trial rather than a study already under way. Parkinson’s is Remepy’s most advanced program. Its investigational Hybridopa treatment combines medication with personalized therapeutic software incorporating physical, cognitive and behavioral interventions. Tsur described its approach as pairing conventional drugs with AI-based therapeutic applications. Hybridopa is investigational and is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The newly published target differs from the timetable in Remepy’s August 12 financing announcement, which envisaged global Phase III development in the fourth quarter of 2026. That release announced a $36 million Series A round, bringing total financing to $62 million, led by O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, Merck KGaA’s strategic venture arm. Tsur also described plans for partnerships during 2027 in rare oncology diseases, fertility and immunology. Those prospective partnerships and the trial launch remain plans.
