Today, we filed a comprehensive civil rights lawsuit against Nancy Chen, members of the Waterline Square Board, and others arising from what we allege has been a sustained campaign of discrimination and retaliation following a small Jewish memorial for Shani Louk, an innocent Israeli woman who was murdered by Hamas on October 7. What began with an attempt to comfort a grieving Jewish father should never have become years of charges, threats, restrictions, litigation, and retaliation. We tried to resolve this peacefully. Shani’s father Nissim himself has appealed for reconciliation multiple times to Dan Senor, the VP of Waterline, who has not had the decency to even respond to Mr. Louk. Not even to express his condolences. Now, we are asking the NY State Division of Human Rights to ensure accountability and equal treatment under the law, and an end to all alleged discrimination and bias against orthodox Jewish families and supporters at Waterline Square. No American should face discrimination because they are Jewish, because they openly support Israel, or because they speak out against discrimination. #NeverAgain. Not in Europe. Not in Mamdani’s New York. And not in @WaterlineSquare
From @urigeller - The UK has declared WARFARE on #Israel! But @andyburnham @Ed_Miliband did you know how much Britain depends on Israeli companies? Your police use Cellebrite to get evidence from phones, your army depends on Rafael to make its tanks work and Elbit to stop your soldiers getting killed, your own government uses Check Point to encrypt its networks, and Israel's Teva is the biggest single supplier of medicines to the #NHS, saving your health service billions. So, here's my advice to @gidonsaar - MOVE ALL THESE MANUFACTURERS TO JUDEA & SAMARIA (West Bank) IMMEDIATELY! Then what would Britain do?! There's a price to pay for picking on Jews! #WestBank #IsraeliSettlements
Shani Louk’s grieving father pleads personally with Waterline Square VP Dan Senor: Our daughter was brutally murdered on October 7. Please, Dan—end this cruelty. Let Shani’s memory rest in dignity. https://t.co/WJUbf428PB

Father of Shani Louk, brutally murdered on October 7th, pleads with hypocrite @DanSenor, VP of Waterline Square, to stop tormenting his family. https://t.co/KhSrwEVH5h
Windows are falling from Waterline Square and could kill someone. Yet VP Dan Senor and his fellow board members seem more focused on punishing Shani Louk memorials and barring IDF heroes from the Waterline Club. Shani Louk was brutally murdered on October 7th and her near-naked body desecrated and defiled by Hamas monsters, who were later eliminated by the brave @IDF. Dan Senor, the great “defender of Israel” is suing me with the Waterline Board for a tiny memorial for Shani HY’D, attended by her father Nissim, that brought him a drop of comfort. Dan’s actions are allegedly called NIBY. I’ll support, and allegedly greatly profit off my support, for Israel. But NOT IN MY BACKYARD.

Father of Shani Louk, most famous victim of October 7th, begs DAN SENOR, who allegedly makes millions off his “defense” of Israel, to stop punishing a tiny memorial at Waterline Sqaure for his daughter. Dan, Have you lost your mind? https://t.co/BE5NZPVoNY
https://t.co/7EjSkniTpi Mark Ruffalo is entitled to oppose the proposed Paramount-Warner Bros. merger. He is entitled to dislike Larry Ellison, David Ellison, Oracle, Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, or any corporate or political policy he chooses. What he is not entitled to is immunity from criticism when his arguments against a massive American media transaction somehow metastasize into yet another attack on the Jewish state and Jewish businessmen. That is precisely what has happened. Ruffalo has attacked the proposed $111 billion Paramount-Warner Bros. transaction while dragging into the debate Oracle’s relationship with Israel and accusing Israel of “genocide” and “apartheid.” Paramount responded by accusing him of invoking antisemitic tropes in the service of a business dispute. Ruffalo then called that accusation “appalling and fundamentally dishonest.” But there is one witness Ruffalo will have difficulty dismissing: Mark Ruffalo. The most devastating rebuttal to Mark Ruffalo in 2026 comes from Mark Ruffalo himself in 2021. Five years ago, during the Israel-Hamas fighting of May 2021, Ruffalo did something increasingly rare among celebrities: he reconsidered his words. He apologized for suggesting Israel was committing genocide. More importantly, he explained why. He wrote that the allegation was “not accurate” and “inflammatory,” and acknowledged that it was being used to justify antisemitism “here & abroad.” That was an important moment of moral clarity. So what happened? How does a man go from recognizing that accusing Israel of genocide is inaccurate, inflammatory and capable of fueling antisemitism to deploying essentially the same accusation again?
https://t.co/qqMKs6Sx5r The fight against antisemitism immerses one in darkness and depression. And yet Jewish survival trumps any consider consideration of surrender or retreat. There is an accusation thrown at me with increasing frequency, especially on social media, that is as foolish as it is offensive. “Why are you always being attacked?” “Why do these confrontations keep happening to you?” “Do you provoke people?” “Do you enjoy the fight?” The insinuation is obvious: if antisemitic abuse keeps finding you, perhaps you secretly want it. Perhaps you manufacture confrontation. Perhaps you are an agitator who needs enemies. I hate the fights. I hate the screaming. I hate the ugliness. I hate being recognized in streets around the world by people who despise Israel and then being cursed because I have become a recognizable Jewish and pro-Israel voice in global media and especially in debate. I am one of the few pro-Israel influencers who debate the worst antisemites on earth on international TV which causes me, by default, to inherit all their hate-filled followers, online and in person. I despise what confrontation does to my family. I hate the threats. I hate the time stolen from teaching, writing, Torah, marriage, children, grandchildren, friendship, prayer, and life. I did not choose to become a fighter. I was forced to become one.
Terrorist who chased and murdered two Jewish women at Nova on October 7th is now roasting on a spit in hell, thanks to the @IDF https://t.co/G886vOVyJB
Today on @piersmorgan I debate an Icelandic antisemite who attacked a peaceful American tourist because he’s a Jew - Iceland is thousands of miles from Gaza. It faces: •No Hamas rockets •None of its when being raped by terrorists •No Hezbollah missiles •No Iranian proxies on its border •No tunnels beneath its towns •No massacres from neighboring territory •No responsibility for screening people who may belong to terrorist organizations Its citizens can demand that Israel accept enormous security risks while accepting none themselves. Iceland has transformed Palestinian suffering into a vehicle for displaying its own moral purity, while assuming almost none of the responsibility, danger or expense.
Icelanders must stop harassing American tourists on the streets. It’s disgusting and ungrateful. Iceland has no army. Britain secured it against Nazi Germany, America defended it beginning in 1941, and American and NATO forces protected it from the Soviet Union for more than half a century. You inherited security from British and American sacrifice—and now use that security to demonize Israel for defending itself against people who actually invaded it, murdered its citizens and took its people hostage. That is not solidarity with Palestinians. It is cost-free moral grandstanding, directed obsessively against the Jewish state.
Rabbi Shmuley calls out @PiersMorgan directly on his blood libel that Israel targeted and kills 200 Palestinian journalists in the Gaza war.
