Liberman Rules Out Ra’am Partnership in Next Government

Yisrael Beytenu chairman Avigdor Liberman said Sunday that Ra’am would not be a partner in a future coalition, either as a member or through outside support, citing the political reality after October 7. He said Zionist parties would win a sufficient majority without Mansour Abbas’s party and form what he called a national, Zionist government. Liberman also urged opposition leaders to stop debating which of them should become prime minister and focus on replacing the current government. Responding to his own past role as Likud director-general, he said he no longer intended to work with the party.
