Health Ministry Halts New Admissions at Petah Tikva Assisted-Living Facility

The Health Ministry issued a partial administrative closure order after a surprise inspection at Nof HaMoshava assisted living in Petah Tikva. Inspectors found medicines missing for several residents, no dedicated emergency drug stock, and a repeated failure in medication management. The nursing department also lacked a working lift for moving heavier patients. Existing residents may remain after the missing medicines were supplied following ministry intervention, but the facility cannot admit new patients from any funding source until it corrects the deficiencies and receives ministry approval.
