Haskel Says Israel First Will Unveil Senior Military Candidates Wednesday

Israel First leader Sharren Haskel said her party will introduce candidates with senior military backgrounds on Wednesday as it builds its slate for the October 27 election. Haskel withheld their names and list positions, describing them as high-ranking officers who served during the past three years in dangerous situations. The MK and former deputy foreign minister said the party is discussing participation with several other prospective candidates. She said Israel First is seeking enough seats to demand changes in military service, government spending and coalition policy, while proposing border-security roles within Haredi educational frameworks.
