Ofer Winter Expected to Reject Hendel Surplus-Vote Offer

A fresh report says Ofer Winter's Amcha Yisrael is expected to reject a surplus-vote agreement proposed by Yoaz Hendel, chairman of the Reservists Party. The report says Winter did not answer Hendel's approach and that Amcha Yisrael will not sign with the joint Reservists and Economic Party list. Winter has not ruled out signing an agreement with Itamar Ben-Gvir's Otzma Yehudit. No agreement with Otzma Yehudit was reported as completed, leaving the right-wing party's surplus-vote pairing unresolved ahead of Israel's October election.
