Yair Golan’s Democrats Begin Drafting Coalition Demands

A Democrats working team has begun preparing a structured demands document for coalition negotiations if Israel’s change bloc forms the next government. The draft focuses on democracy, the rule of law and operational commitments concerning the judiciary rather than general coalition guidelines. Party officials are also considering the defense, justice, education, national security and communications portfolios.
