IDF Reservist Seriously Wounded in South Lebanon Encounter

The IDF said at 05:57 IDT that a reserve soldier was seriously wounded on Thursday in a close-quarters encounter in southern Lebanon. The soldier was evacuated for hospital care and his family was notified. The incident follows continued Israeli operations in the southern Lebanon security zone, where soldiers are dismantling Hezbollah terrain and denying the Iranian-backed terror army a path back toward northern communities.
