Autistic Artists Open Jerusalem Theatre Show

Kfar Shimon artists on the autism spectrum will open "Feelings in Between" at the Jerusalem Theatre on July 8, with the exhibition running through August 30. The collaborative paintings were created in Kfar Shimon's art studio, a residential and vocational community for adults on the spectrum. Kfar Shimon supports 28 adults through belonging, work, arts and crafts. The item is low-importance but fresh Israeli culture: Jerusalem is giving vulnerable adults public dignity, creative agency and a visible place in national life.
