EiGHT Report Faults NGO Antisemitism and Gaza Fundraising

EiGHT's report says major humanitarian and human-rights NGOs neglected antisemitism complaints from staffers, exploited Gaza suffering for fundraising and sought to shape an anti-Israel war narrative. The report says about 70 current or recent employees and internal documents described tolerated antisemitism, retaliation, exclusion of Jewish staff and disregard for Israeli and Jewish victims. It highlights allegations that Gaza became an effective fundraising engine, with seven of 10 Amnesty Australia appeals after October 2023 focused wholly or partly on Gaza, and that fundraising results declined during ceasefires. Israel and Diaspora Jews are right to demand independent oversight when powerful NGOs turn Hamas-shaped narratives into supposed moral expertise.
