Tropper and Hendel Announce Joint Knesset Run

Former Blue and White MK Hili Tropper and the Reservists Party led by Yoaz Hendel announced a joint run for the 2026 Knesset. Their statement said the partners agreed to create a united political force aimed at forming a broad Zionist government, calling it a first step toward a significant new Zionist political force. The announcement gives Hendel's reservist-led party a concrete campaign partner and marks another blow to Benny Gantz's Blue and White after Tropper's departure. Gadi Eisenkot welcomed the move, and the next general election is due no later than October 27.
