Caesarea Palace Listed as Israel's Highest-Priced $210M Mansion

A Versailles-inspired Caesarea estate known as Bat Sheba's Palace is being marketed at $210 million, making it Israel's highest-priced home listing and one of few residences worldwide offered above $200 million. First-party listing material says the property covers 11,000 square meters of grounds and about 6,850 square meters, nearly 74,000 square feet, of interior space, with five bedrooms, five full baths and ten powder rooms. Reports and listing materials describe imported marble, onyx, lapis lazuli, malachite, 14-karat gold leaf, a large spa complex, smart-home systems, staff apartments, kosher-prepared and professional kitchens, and six underground parking spaces. The listing is a luxury-market signal rather than a broad housing-market indicator, but it shows Israeli coastal property competing at the top of the Mediterranean trophy-home market.
