Ispro-Tnuport agreed to join Ari Real Estate in a 50-50 limited partnership that will acquire 44.2 million G City shares from Norstar Israel. The 26% stake costs NIS 660.79 million, with an option covering another roughly 7% for up to NIS 204 million, subject to adjustments. Each partner will fund half of the acquisition and recommend half of the buyer's board nominees. Completion remains subject to customary conditions, including Competition Authority approval, and the partners plan to support a roughly NIS 1 billion G City capital raise.
