Likud Primaries Panel Relocated Again Before Afternoon Session

Likud's Constitution Committee was moved again Monday, this time from the Knesset to Jerusalem's King David Hotel, with the meeting set for 3 p.m. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was expected to participate as members considered the party's primaries framework. The venue change followed a Sunday plan to meet at the Prime Minister's Office, which was canceled because of a security discussion and rescheduled for Monday. The repeated changes came as Likud prepared to decide rules that will shape its candidate list for the coming election.
