Kuwait Intercepts 4 Iranian Cruise Missiles and 21 Drones

Kuwait's armed forces said they intercepted four cruise missiles and 21 hostile drones that entered the country's airspace from dawn Wednesday. Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi attributed the salvo to Iranian aggression and said it targeted several vital facilities. The attacks caused material damage but no casualties, according to the ministry. Bahrain separately activated warning sirens and later said its forces intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial attacks as Tehran and Washington exchanged fire over control of the Strait of Hormuz.
