Magen David Adom said two vehicles collided Saturday night on Highway 6 between the Nitzanei Oz and Baka-Jatt interchanges. A 63-year-old man suffered serious chest and abdominal injuries, while a second person was lightly injured. Medics and paramedics treated both casualties and evacuated them to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera. The emergency call reached MDA's Sharon region center at 9:21 p.m. The initial reports did not identify either vehicle or explain how the collision occurred, and they announced no police findings or traffic restrictions.
