Israel Assesses Iran Moved Enriched Uranium to Pickaxe Mountain

An Israeli source familiar with the intelligence said Iran moved advanced centrifuges and part of its stockpile of 60%-enriched uranium into the fortified Pickaxe Mountain complex after the June 2025 war. The underground site near Natanz has never been inspected by the IAEA and has not been struck by Israel or the United States. Separate reporting placed the centrifuge transfer last autumn and said Israel shared the assessment with Washington.
